10. When do electric motor bearings need to be serviced?

Here is a list of electric motors in sizes 160 to 355 and in 2, 4, 6 and 8 pole versions. Open ball bearings are installed in these electric drives, which must be relubricated according to the maintenance intervals. In smaller electric motors, closed ball bearings with lifetime lubrication are usually used.
