Spur gear with DC motor
Spur gears are available in various speeds, i.e. from under 1-1000 revolutions per minute (rpm, rpm, rpm). DC spur gear motors are often used
with custom requirements needed. Here we are the ideal partner for you, because with decades of experience and our own final assembly, we can make many things possible.
Individual versions
We can offer a wide range of gears with DC motors, these are: spur gears with DC brake motors, special shafts, various installation positions, as spur gear motors with integrated self-ventilation, with and without terminal boxes and much more. Likewise, most of our gearboxes can be combined with a DC motor.
DC motor control
Our DC motors can also be steplessly controlled up to 40A with the PLN controller via a potentiometer. The run-up and delay time can also be set.
This optional control is available in three power ratings and can also be supplied in a control box.
Operating modes of DC motors
Since the DC motors only run for a short time in many applications, the operating mode is often in S2. Here is a brief overview of the common operating modes of electric motors: S1 continuous duty, S2 short-term duty, S3 intermittent duty (without starting, without braking), S4 intermittent duty (with starting, without braking), S5 intermittent duty (with starting, with braking), S6 continuous duty (with intermittent loading), reversible operation S7, continuous operation (with variable speed).
